DC.A Substantial Issuer Bid

DC.A Substantial Issuer BidDC.A announced a $20M SIB from $1.40 to $1.60.  I would have liked to see a larger buyback but $20M is still very significant and another step in the right direction from a capital allocation perspective.

Of course they can amend/upsize this SIB similar to what they did with the recent pref SIB.  I think they will leave powder dry for additional buybacks in the future.

With this move, Goodman ans Sellars still have a perfect batting average on capital allocation, in my view.
