Bruloil, I can't argue with you that... "someone is selling"... that is obvious!

But when the price and volume
 go up, then the volume is considered a "buy volume". On the other hand, if price comes down and volume increases it is considered a "sell volume". In this case, the price was up and the # of shares traded was up substantially.

4th quarter and full-year 2020 financial results will be released after market close on March 30th, followed by a conference call with management for investors and analysts on March 31st at 10:00am ET.

Sure hoping that we will be pleasantly surprised.
