CBalardo, good points in this and your last post.  I've been following this stock for many years but mainly stuck to their preferred shares.   Only really started buying their common after they wrote off Parq and cashed in on their DPM.  I didn't catch the bottom but would much rather miss that and feel confident that shares I am buying are on upswing.   It
