New Taurx press release was interesting as the company raised money at a 65% higher valuation than the carrying value Dundee corp has. I think this means they would have to write it up in Q4 which should add 25 cents to NAV to take us past $3 

hopefully there is some discussion at todays call regarding buybacks, paying down the prefs (at 10% interest) or monetizing other assets

Sounds quite positive and should lead to increased TauRx carrying value in Q4. Q3 results looked good as well.  Minining strategy is starting to deliver value (a lot of irons in the fire).  Hopefully they stay disciplined with capital allocation/new investments and buy-in some more shares.

Once they get shares higher things may change. If it was my gig I would get value up to $3.00 raise cash with PP and pay out series D. Then hone in on Magna mining and Reunion production.  companies like 1911 gold that have cash in tailings and modern gold facility ready to go! Dundee and Hecla are the major share holders, these guys are probably sluicing the old tailings and hiding the

Conference call is worth a listen... Jonathan sounds quite bullish/informed on TauRx.  As we've discussed on this board in the past it could have a very big impact for Dundee if successful.
