Genting / TauRx
Interesting to note that Genting's market cap has increased by ~US$600M over the past three months (Genting owns 20% of TauRx).
Here's recent article discussing TauRx' valuation and the impact on Genting...

Meanwhile Dundee's largest mining investments have been on fire recently... Magna Mining (NICU) and Reunion Gold (RGD) in particular.
I'm surprised they aren't more active on the NCIB.

DPM also on a roll lately. Most of the DPM assets were acquired when Goodman was CEO of DPM.I think Goodman is the main asset we have, here at DC.He's been choosing mining stocks and assets for decades, since DPM was a closed end mutual fund, with a portfolio of mining stocks.

Exactly, they should be buying. I think we are being squeezed. They did it with DST. If they can get debentures cheep why not!

"I think we are being squeezed." Not really. Their most recent balance sheet shows tens of millions in cash.

That was a year ago when DC.A was trading at $1.32 Let me ask once again: And yet, management is NOT buying back shares at current low levels! Why not? What do they know that we do not?

On the insider buying. They have probably been in a blackout for a while with the pref SIB and then Q4 earnings. Hopefully we see some insider buying this spring.

I believe he was referring to the pref shares because he mentioned dividends. They obviously bought back a mountain of Prefs with the recent SIB. That said, replacing the Prefs with debt I don't think was a smart capital allocation decision unless they are going to pay off the debt in short order.

If Dundee decides to buy the rest of series B shares , yet have to come with $17 millions . Over 700000 shares outstanding as of last Friday.
