The Life Sciences segment consists of micro-environment gas and liquid filtration for food, beverage and industrial processes, bioprocessing equipment. RE:BNN Comment on DCIAndrew McCreath on BNN reiterated at 9:28 that Veritas states that DCI's business model does not allow DCI to make acquisitions to fund their future cash flows and dividends, hence the $10 price target.
