Thats how directcash works. fire someone and dump there workload on an exisiting employee with no raise. Not for 1 year, but for multiple years the wages stay stagnant. And the workload increases. this company will not last long due to the managment style that they deploy. i wonder what it is to work there today. with Jeff yelling at everyone.
