Not only did he exercise them , he did it on a "net settlement basis" so no money got added to the company's treasury AND to top it all off , all his options got replaced at the lower

I am not sure if transcontinental would want to buy them... potentially but I do think that as dcm pays down debt and get "growing" again, I think they will gain attention from many

Unlikely to happen because of DCM's debt and general status as a fixer upper but could the new printing only ,Transcontinental want to buy them?

I just read the call on transcipt this morning and have found a few little easter eggs that I missed ... that's if you believe management..  It sounds like they have som emore efficiencies

Cut the dividend. First management priority is or should be ongoing continuing operations/

basically they have fixed costs as in plant/employees.. the problem is lower product sales equals lower utilization of the plant(s) equals less gross margins.. and that's their largest expense
