RE: RE: RE: RE: need an update

What I find interesting here is Lawrence has reported a reduced position in Day4 from 13% to 9.8% while Tri North Capital has invested a further $1.75 million in the company since the end of Q3.

Total investments at September 30, 2008, stood at $13.4 million.

Subsequent to the end of the third quarter, Trinorth has made several new investments:

     -  $1,755,000 invested in Day4 Energy Inc. (TSX:DFE), a company that
designs, manufactures and sells photovoltaic (PV) modules based on its
patented Day4 Electrode technology, a proprietary method of contacting
and interconnecting solar cells. The advanced solar module
construction method increases the performance of conventional silicon
panels and enables the next-generation of PV innovation. Day4 Energy
partners with international technology leaders to develop and deliver
IEC- and UL-certified solar products to customers throughout Europe,
       and North America.

Ravi Sood is the President and COO of Lawrence Asset management.

Lawrence Asset Management manages Tri North Capital.

Tri North is buying, LAM is selling.

Seems a bit strange.  Anyone have any insight on this?
