If you read the press release, you would have noticed that $1.7 million of the $50 million in revenues was recovery of bad debt. That does not suggest to me that the financial results were based primarily on luck. Nor does it represent a significant skew of the overall performance of the company. If you know of penny stocks that are doing better, by all means let us know, because if this is your idea of poor performance, I'd like to pick up some shares the good performers for under a buck.
