NAV

Currently stands at ~$14.71. This amounts to an ex-dividend NAV of ~$14.57, which would be more than 3.6% below next month's payment target of $15.10. Yet, the capital shares still trade at about $0.73 above true value. I don't understand the overzealous interest when there are other, far better alternatives out there.
