Too Much Debt + Global Competition = Short....?

I believe DH took on a lot of debt due to the FundTech acquisition......Perhaps some people think DH also paid too much for the company in addition to assuming all of FundTech's debt......?........ Additionally, the global fintech industry in which DH is now competing is apparently an intensely competitive one......These might be the reasons why investors sold on any short report........Will be interesting to see how DH performs going forward......
