Yes, i am surprise by the draw down of that new issu. Spacialy that the initial offering was at a higher back in the winter 2021.

i guess that the pipeline of new royalty deal is full, fast and furius. And even the new issu at 10.60$ should be very accretive for all shareholders on a forward basis.

and yes i will to incrise my position in DRI around the new issu price

we need to remember that the business of DRI is not realy economicaly cyclical and dpend more on the amount of capital that is needed to fullfil these royalty deal. And the compatitive landscape for these deal.
