Lets Sleep Together

Lets Sleep TogetherIs it a Den of Theives or Who is sleeping with who??? Gary L. Billingsley, was director, vice president and CFO of shore gold. Kenneth E. MacNeill, Chairman https://www.shoregold.com/management.html# Kenneth MacNeil is the chairman of shore gold, do they have ties to Great Western Diamonds, judge for yourself. Gary Leaves his position as Vice President and CFO Shore Gold https://www.shoregold.com/newsrelease/oct26.html Gary who played a significant role in Shore gold, and it is my guess that he holds a significant number of shares in this company as well, starts great western gold and great western minerals. Garry Billingsley rejoins Kenneth E MacNeil Chairman Shore gold https://www.wescangoldfields.com/news/News%20Rel%2019%20Apr%2005.pdf Kenneth E MacNeil decides to appoint his buddy Garry to be a director of Wescan gold fields. It a nice way to keep in touch with friends and give them some free shares isn’t it? Brent C Jellico https://www.gwmg.ca/pressrel/feb27-2006nr.php\ I am sure Brent had no contract, and of course it would not be a problem with shore gold if he went to work with another diamond explorer in the area, knowing all the secerts of both Kensington and Shore gold. That is it would not be a problem if your buddy Gary L Billingsley needed to step down as president himself and simply become a director. Now Gary who was president of GWD has now allowed Brent to become the president. https://www.gwmg.ca/pressrel/feb06-2006nr.php The most interesting part of the whole affair is that shore gold does not even want to acknowledge all this is happening, no press release about Brent Jellico leaving nothing. Did Kenneth E. MacNeil find the job for Brent himself, or did Kenneth and Garry dicuss that this is what would be best thing for both companies. Is shore helping out GWD with their exploration program, with drills, data or expertise, who knows but something stinks here.
