AVERAGING DOWN- throwing more money at a stock that you shouldn't have bought in the first place
LONG TERM INVESTING- Working longer to pay off your investment losses
Capital Gains Tax- Fairy tale ending which doesn't exist in real life
SELLING AT A LOSS FOR TAX LOSS- natural phenomina with investors, (we know we won't make money, and sure as hell won't want the gov't to have a slice)
NEWS REPORT- waiting and waiting for good news, and when it finally comes you wish you hadn't waited for it
GAP DOWN- buying a $10.00 stock and waking up to a 10 cent stock the next day
GAP UP- buying a 10 cent stock and watching open @ 10.5 cents the next day, but can't sell because of commissions would leave you at a loss
RECESSION- investors going bald from pulling their hair out
10 BAGGER- a fellow buying ten bottles of whiskey in bags after buying a tanking stock
