Very simple. Read the JV. It is spelled out in black-and-white. People like the tank are dreamers and have no idea what the hell is really going on. Star has signed a contract. The contract will be exercised. Rio will own this for next to nothing.  Really quite sad. I am a long-term shareholder on well over 1 million shares and very disappointed in management. But this thing is likely over.

Thanks bbdiamonds - and also thanks to Frank and others for offering their thoughts. I will see in the next few months if the SP goes up at all. With the amount of heavy hitting investers Frank is in touch with, along with opportunity losses and litigation fatigue (or the potential thereof) in the next short while, I would expect a SP increase in this period of time.  bb - I have read the

I am not saying that Frank gets it right all the time. In fact, his many past predictions that the SP would be going up over the last few weeks/months have left me skeptical of his motives and opinions as well. It just seems that there is a strong bull and a strong bear around here. My approach is to read between the lines. I don't think this is going to 50 cents in a month, nor do I think
