Special Cash Dividend

Dorel can now easily afford a one time cash dividend of $10 per share, while resuming its $0,30 per quarter regular dividend .

I did a quick calculation of what might be received from the sale of the remaining two segments including the benefit of $37 million less 27% tax and I get about $1.25 billion in CAD.
Paying off all remaining debt/liabilities will cost about $600 million CAD, leaving net $600 million cad in cash or about $18 per share.

Total cash would then amount to about $50 per share which is close to $46 computed by TD.

So, TD's numbers are realistic ...
