RE:Dream Industrial REIT Completes $288 Million Equity OfferingThis truly is remarkable and how fast the unit price has rebounded. It's almost back to its $17.04 price the day of the offering on Oct 13th. Even more remarkble is that the unit price the week before the offering was $16.25.

These guys really seem to know what they are doing.

Of our 19 holdings, this one isn't the biggest returner but is definitely the most surprising as we bought it for income and not capital appreciation.
