REIT Metrics
The big metric for REITs used to be Distributions as a Percentage of NOI. Why don't we see that anymore? Is it called something else? Am I missing it?

If you're referring to the payout ratio, I was also wondering why they failed to include that in the quarterly numbers. It's pretty standard for most REITS. They do show FFO of $.22/share for the quarter with distributions of $.17 for the quarter. FFO of .43 for 6 months with distributions of .35.
