I was wondering the same.  We are undervalued and IMO should be over $3 all day long.  Ex-dividend tomorrow??  There could be more to it but l dont know.  Hope there is good news and we get over that $3 +.  GLTA.

BMO just announced a deal with Dollarama the low price store chain. The Air Miles program will be available starting August 7th. That might be a reason why DIV is moving up on volume today... GLTA

Great news on Dollarama.  Great day up 4 cents on an ex-dividend day so basically 6 cents.  $3.OO + should be soon....GLTA
