Anyone holding DML in a CIBC Investors edge account ?
Anyone holding DML in a CIBC Investors edge account ? I have stock in this account and when I place a sell order it says "sell order exceeds position in account" and when I call in NO ONE picks up the phone......Way to go CIBC !!!

Sounds brutal! I too have investors edge.. an it takes 3.40 mins on hold to speak to someone. it's brutal hope u Wirk it out

Had the same problem last week with CIBC Investors edge.... Check to make sure you do not have a sell order already in place at a higher price.... I did, and once this was eliminated, everything worked properly

Yep, my bad. I discovered that last night but it would have been nice for Investors Edge to have pick-up the phone. Still not happy with them as they have rejected online order before because my sell price was to far from current trading. That is not there decision to make.

CIBC has rejected my buy trade on GTE since Dec without giving a reason and I don't have the time to wait for them to answer my call ,.but I was able to buy and sell dml
