Yes, Japan firing up their units, consuming fuel, and causing buying pressure for uranium would be a great short term catalyst but I think most here eye new plant builds as the real growth driver.
Given that it takes more than a week or two to switch energy generation modes, you need to look at this industry as a play on utilities. Bottom line: are people going to use more or less electricity in the upcoming years? And how will it be generated?
If you see a future with nuclear power, this is be a great place to be. If not, Arch Coal might be your buy.
