Delta seems to be doing well, diversifying revenue base, growing market shares, conservative with expenses. Problem is that it's a small player. Money and interest is going to the larger players. Even though many of them are posting horrible financials, market is looking to future turnaround. Like DN, ALEF is also a well run company trading at .60, $volume typically around 100k/day. Both  are small, regional players, and off the radar of institutions and many retail investors. Sure, they are both susceptible to manipulation owing to low share trading count. But, IMO, this isn't the primary reason for low sp. To move sp up, DN will have to grow substantially, show trend of quarterly profits, and expand its footprint across Canada.
