This is "Classic Delta", but if you look at the chart, you will see that every time the price climbs to highs, it goes a little higher, then drops....
But it drops LESS each time. We are climbing.
In the meantime, average down like the long term shareholders for the big payoff later. Or hold foreever.
If 15-20 years in the future, D9 decides to start a dividend, having many K's of shares will pay off huge even if it only paid .01/share. Never mind if the price goes from 50 cents to 5 dollars....
This and more could be yours if you are patient with a growing(pun intended!) company, and a MGMT that is aligned with shareholder interests, like the largest shareholder (the CEO!)
