I realize that they won't purchase 27k everyday, but over time, it could definitely move the needle significantly. At some point, the entity or entities trying to keep the price down will not have the wherewithal to do so, and then we'll see what happens. If the Democrats win the election on November 3, which will be a boost for all pot stocks, the built up steam might blow away the manipulators (regardless of whether the buybacks start before the election).
