RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Ranked 1ACB and TGOD are on the list. RIP leedejonesgable. One big positive about Delta 9 is that they had acces to conventional credit facilities...22 million with Canadian Western Bank at an interest rate of between 3.5 and 6%...so why the need to dilute the company, especially at such a pitiful valuation? The only reason I would see them needing this money is if demand for these new D-Pods is so great it cannot be funded by their bank loan...but if they had proof of this I would think they could negotiate better terms for this recent bought short form prospectus. Opinions? I'd love to be wrong here.
