Any member can summon the site adminisrators who look in and will ensure fairness by the hub leaders. Hub leaders are nominated by members and can be demoted by the site administrator if they are up to no good. Its been effective in eliminating repetitive tripe by trolls, baseless claims by bash&buy'ers, and already-answered-a-million-times questions, and all unsupported FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt) mongering. Repeat violators can be banned from posting on the site.
Both positive and negative claims essentially have to be supported with evidence or solid reasoning. The greater the claim the greater the evidence needs to be. Eliminates 98% of the shenanigans that run rampant here. If I see enough interest expressed I will establish a DN forum over there.
