Fantastic News!Non dilutive credit facility!  

Debentures will be looked after - check 

5 million for M & A - retail stores - check 

lower interest rate  saves $$$ - check 

Will the SP go up quickly on this News, who cares!  Buy Buy Buy because going up is where D9 SP is headed.  

Great Managed Company.  $32 million credit facility doesn't go to any company.
