RE:Private PlscementAs Jonabo says, the article indicates that it was to pay Oakhil for their service and advisory role in negotiating the credit facility with Candian Western Bank. Wish they'd have just paid the fee with the 5Mil priate loan they just got instead but the loan will alow the to aquire a lot more stores or grow the busiess so I supose in a way it can be accretive ff the funds are used well, which so far Jon has done a great job with.
Hopefuflly there is some more interesting news around the corner.
