Thanks gnote1!  I guess they had to report the sale because, with 17M shares they had owned, they were considered an insider required to report and sales .  Now with owning only 5M shares (what's left) I am not sure thats enough to be considered an insider anymore, so wondeirng if they have to report further sales in the market. Would be nice to know when they are done selling the rest, or to know that they still have to report.  Any ideas?
