Delta 9 needs more volume and NASDEX

I read someone's posts and makes sense..Delta 9 needs more volume so big investers can sell and buy more easier and in the NASDEX for more exposure. I notice volume seems to pick up a littler more than normal. will see in Febuary.

Don't disagree but does D9 check all the boxes? What are the rules to be listed on NASDAQ? Shareholders Equity of at least $2,000,000. At least 100,000 shares of public float. A minimum of 300+ shareholders. Total assets of $4,000,000. At least two market makers. $3 minimum bid price of the company stock. Public float ...more

The two missing ticks are: At least two market makers. $3 minimum bid price of the company stock. Both can be arranged.  $3 USD is acheived with a share consolidation.   Market Makers will line up to list a new listing in a hot sector.  There's a revenue metric that we have already or are on cusp of achieving. I'm with you Deltauser, being on the NASDAQ would be nice but I disagree that it should be a priority for management.  It costs time and money to make it happen and while it may help the share price in the near term it won't do much for our fundamentals.  DN has plenty of growth opportunities to spend money on.  As John has said getting market cap upto 75 - 100Mil will ...more
