Delta 9 Obtains $5 Million Loan from Shareholder

WINNIPEG, Manitoba, April 25, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DELTA 9 CANNABIS INC. (TSX: DN) (OTCQX: DLTNF) ("Delta 9" or the "Company") announces that it has obtained a loan from a shareholder in the amount of $4,990,264.37 that is due on July 15, 2025 (the “Loan”). The Loan shall bear interest at 6% per annum and is payable monthly.

Goes to show what a mom and pop operation this is that they need to get money from a shareholder and not the markets.  That is why no large fund will ever touch this dog.  I give that shareholder credit for finally figuring out a way to make money from investing in D9, lock into a fixed rate loan that pays a decent 6%, more than the majority of dividends paid by major Canadian ...more

Yet again, wrong on everything you've said and a poorly researched response as usual. 1)  Delta 9 has sucessfully raised money from the market multiple times (by the way only an imbecile would think it better to raise money through the markets when that often comes with notable additional costs, cost of negotiating private loan on the other hand is lawyers fees to write up the agreemet). ...more
