Voting Results are in.  No surprise really since it is rare for a shareholders to vote someone out.

Joanne Freeze gets 98% of the votes to keep her at the corporate helm.  The share price has plummeted down to .07 and actual corporate achievements have been minimum imo -- except of course for local community development projects. Shareholders get what they deserve except for those shareholders who reportedly never received their ballots.  If I never received my ballot, I would be reporting that fact to the proper Securities Commission.  Personally I did get my ballot and did withhold my vote for both Ms. Freeze as well as a few other Directors.
