the Price
I'm not talking about the market capitalization, nor about the share price, but about a fair price, which
means e.g. USD 770 million. Since Fortescue could offer 20% above the fair price without actually
paying more because of its 20% ownership, a third party would have to outbid and propose e.g. 25%
above the fair market price. This shows only one possible bidding scenario.
