Retail Beware!

I have 10 years experience in the dental clinic acquisition business. What dental Corp are essentially doing is aggressively (offering over asking) buying retiring dentists clinics evaluated at 1x revenue and selling it to gullible investors packaged at 3x revenue while losing over a hundred million dollars every year while holding a 1.8 billion dollar debt.
