I think those numbers would be needed if a deal was to be done. Not sure a deal IS going to be done though!

That is IF there is a buyout. Given the amount of time that has passed, I suspect that any buyer out there is not willing to pay a premium price. Interest rates keep going up making a purchase more and more expensive. I think that any takeover would be at a premium of 20% over the 60 day moving average, which would take it around $11.00.
