Can the average investor short sell Dollarama at $123?

Can the average investor short sell Dollarama at $123?I've noticed that "short selling" is readily available to retail investors on discount brokerage platform.  I might be interested in short selling Dollarama because I'm frankly not impressed with the quality of the products in their store (all seems disposable and/or poor quality) and nor am I interested in the very, very poor quarter they reported in April.   The facts don't support management's assertion that it was a "strong quarter" so that seems to be a complete lie to me but that's just my opinion as a small, self discount trading, type of individual investor.

But I agree that it has to break through some strong resistance.  The uptrend has been confirmed for years, this would have to be a majour departure.

Does anyone know if the next dividend has been declared and went?  This is a very hard stock to bet against.  Unless you shorties have a very strong case - GOOD LUCK!  The momentum is against you on the long term, unless the fundamental break apart.  But I am watching you very, very closely.

The massive revenues declines this quarter is a huge concern.  if I was holding here, I would sell at least half my position until insider selling stops and insider selling starts.
