Not a good use of corporate cash to buy back shares.
it's a classic case where the ceo who controls the company uses company cash for his own share selling and tells the broker to buy his shares with company cash in over the counter trades. so all the company buybacks is from the insiders or the market makers or some large shareholder wants to cashout. at manipulated price.
