12:42 PM EDT, 08/05/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Medical Facilities Corp (DR.TO) said it has no undisclosed material information to account for its shares rising 13% on Thursday.
The company, which owns a portfolio of U.S. surgical facilities, said in a release it "is not aware of any material undisclosed information related to MFC that would influence trading or the appreciation of the corporation's common shares".
Medical Facilities shares were last seen up C$1.12 to C$9.50 on the Toronto Stock Exchange, after earlier touching a 52-week high of C$9.52.
