RE:I've got $1.461B in Share EquityGreater Toronto land from the 2020 9 mo.  MD&A is planned/permitted for 12.5M square feet.
Dream U share at 33% is 4.125M sq feet of developable space.   At $100 is $412M.

Ottawa is 4.5M square feet.   at  88% thats 4m square feet.     Let's say $50 a square foot in Ottawa/Gatineau for the underlying land value...........That's $200M. 

What is Western Lands at 9000 acres worth??      THere is some planned undeveloped commercial/retail out there also,  not just all house lots.
