The Company’s products and services are intended for the five principal segments of the non-residential construction industry: office towers and high-rises, commercial and recreational buildings, airport facilities, industrial complexes, and transport infrastructure. The Company operates two fabrication plants and two paint shops, in Canada and in the United States.

ADF Group Inc. and Canam Manac Group Inc. have become equal partners in a holding company that owns 80 per cent of Amcan Threaded Products Inc. of St-Bruno de Montarville, Que., and Amcan Fasteners Inc. of Coral Springs, Fla.

Canam Manac, a St-Georges, Que.-based maker of products such as structural steel, semi-trailers and forestry equipment, invested $2-million in the holding company.

Before this investment by Canam Manac, ADF held 51 per cent of Amcan.

Amcan Threaded Products and Amcan Fasteners distribute bolts for the structural steel industry.

ADF Group of Terrebonne, Que., provides structural steel.
