RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Why the downward pressure??Imho, I don't think it is anything company specific to DSV that is affecting the sp. In the last few months many junior silver miners and explorers have been on a downtrend. Look at the charts of First Majestic (FR), Fortuna Silver ( FVI ), Vzla Silver ( VZLA ), Endeavour Silver ( EDR ) - all down some by as much as 30 -40%.
Imho, this could be because the market is not focusing on the PMs right now and especially those that specialize in Ag mining as Ag prices have taken a bigger percentage hit than gold in this correction. Also we are in the summer seasonal doldrums where alot of mining and exploration companies don't have a lot of news flow too and alot of fund managers are thinking about where they plan to go on vacation!
True, DSV seems to have sold off more than some but that may be because we are much more leveraged to the price of Ag than others. It works both ways when we have this kind of leverage. When Ag prices start to move up DSV will outperform the rest but when Ag prices move down or stagnate then DSV sp will underperform. Furthermore, we are right now doing alot of engineering work and drilling for the FS so not a lot of exciting news in the pipeline for the next few weeks. When we start to drill the unexplored areas I think the excitement and speculation will return and especially when Ag prices move out of this range and start a bull to $30+ this year as many experts are predicting.
Right now I would look at this pullback as a good entry point to average down or accumulate more if you have the dry powder as the sp is extremely undervalued imho. This is a gift right now at this low sp. I have been buying more this week to take advantage. My 2 cents.
