everyone waiting to see what USD does. T/A guys think it rolls over here. (very soon), which means precious metals should bounce and this bounces. until then, the stock will be held down to strip you of your shares at a cheap price. rinse and repeat. that is the issue when precious metals are manipulated.
otherwise the T/A guys will tell you this is at a buy level - if you can afford to hold
