Has anyone heard anything on Mexico Supreme Court decision on open pit mining?

Mar 12 judges suspended several aspects of mining law that was passed last year with reduced members voting. The executive branch is now trying to pass legislation to prohibit these suspensions. Mexico is moving extremely slow in finalizing their viewpoints on mining. The candidates for president are also skirting the issue, it's a political 3rd rail because ALMO (president) is trying to favor

My opinion has been the ban language will be removed and tapered to environmental requirements ( with consideration to Wateri especially). When? If not after the election then after ALMO leaves office in November. There are too many hypocrisies with this ban proposal. Gravel and stone are open pit, how will you build roads and infrastructure? EV, Solar, &  AI technologies all need more
