Mandated Government Standard

I haven't been able to find as yet, I am actively looking for any help in the form of information leading towards the company and the government establishing DynaCERT as an industry standard which would lead to other countries doing same. This happening should it occur, would excite even the the most dour of speculators. It would incite even the most doubtful of buyer, driving earnings to bombastic levels. Driving the PPS to ? Appreciate if anyone has anything on this subject of standards.
