Yeah I agree with you there, the sales rumor has been a change. It's hard to say what's going on there, could be the way they structured the deal. maybe the sale isn't final until delivery, therefore they can't release news of it yet, or perhaps its just a pipe dream.
The hostile takeover angle is one I never thought of, so interesting concept to think about, i'll ponder that a while. I do however think that the lockup is a positive thing, as regardless the reason, it takes many shares off the table for now, and like you say, should lead to a very big pump session prior to the lockup ending. So if the SP goes up because of that, we all benifit. The rising tide lifts all ships as they say. The trick will be determining at the time weather thats the exit point, or if that's the start of more to come for DYA, let's hope its just the beginning, but only time will tell.
