If all goes well you won't have to experience what dya shareholders have been trying to address/change with management over the past number of years.
The derision you are reading has been well earned by this CEO and Board of Directors.
You joined stockhouse today but I imagine you have followed the company for at least a little while.
Whether your knowledge goes back some time probably isn't relevant, but I recommend that you not discount all of the remarks from posters that express discouragement, extensive exposure to the less than honourable side of Jim Payne, comical/ridiculous or plainly disruptive and negative comments.
At least not yet.
A number (not all) of those angry or dismissive posters are "Major shareholders."
The company appears to have developed a very important product for today's economic and environmental realities.
However, they have consistently failed to demonstrate any capacity whatsoever to move forward with a sales program, meet their own timelines or sucess measures or to establish credibility despite numerous representations to the contrary that have consistently fallen flat or been proven to be somewhere in a mystic realm .
I hope Kingscorpian and a couple of others views are born out .
Despite what you might take from your reads of various posters, most of them do too.
It is up to the company and specifically Jim Payne to take responsibility for the attitudes that exist today among shareholders, potential clients, possibly institutional investors, past business relationship.
He must define a new road that he doesn't fall off in regular fashion and those who are now totally discouraged believe can exist.
No more fantasy.
Plain facts coupled with results.
