RE:RE:Award for Dynacert ! Ponecones - The two or three top managers (CEO, COO, etc.) - ARE ON the BOD:
The CEO appears to be the largest single shareholder - with 10.2 Million Shares, with the Chairman a close second at 7.4 Million shares.
It occured to me - that not long ago - when the share price was around 20 cents - the CEO's shares were "worth" about $ 2 Million. Today, with the price around .50 cents - his shares are worth 2.5 times that much or $ 5.1 Million.
It stands to reason that all of these positive news releases they put out - with NEVER a negative one - has resulted in this guy, the Chairman, and the other big shareholder - this Strashin guy - have all more than doubled their money - all based on news - because the company has zero revenue - and HUGELY negative earnings.
I can't speak for others, but to me this looks like a Pump and Dump scheme. If the share price goes to $1, thanks to all oft his hype - the CEO will have a net worth of more than $10 Million - without ever having to sell a working product or earned a nickel for his company.
Sounds like a great gig if you can get it..... What say you ?
