Uh --- you forgot to mention that "Mobile Emissions Testing Inc." (https://mobileemissionstesting.com/) - is a Dynacert Dealer - and is trying to earn a profit from selling this product. I guess there's no bias or conflict of interest there eh ?? (Sarcasm Noted - for the obtuse among you).
