Had the question of Homologation and re-designs not been asked at the AGM, shareholders and now would be investors would in all likelihood think that the WIDGETS will soon be rolling out the door as certified for sale in the EU, Middle East, India and any other region that relies on TUV protocols.
Yes, it turns out that recertification is needed when products are re-designed. Yet, dynaCERT management has yet to notify shareholders or the markets that this is in fact the case, and where they stand in the process. And let's not lose sight of the fact that the last homologation round lasted 18 months.
Just like they apparently never told us about the departure of the strategic resource they hired away from TUV nearly a year ago. My guess is this guy figured out that the first certification was just dumb luck.
Re-certification is not the reason why there is no revenue for this company. Its the reasons behind the recertifications that are the issue. I view this as a clear admission that the products STILL do not work. End of story.
If, at any point in time over the last three years or since homologation was first certified, and the company had products that did work as advertised then I submit that they could have continued to sell a working product and submit the new version for certification and sale at a later date and not impact sales of the certified unit.
So, for those wondering why we have these extended news blackouts following huge order announcements, you now know why. Clients try the units, they fail. DYA finds a problem, creates a fix, and voila..... a re-design is born. Order opportunities are on hold....... Rinse and Repeat.
This group has had 7 or 8 years to engineer a product that works in the markets they are chasing. They are incapable of generating the successes they claim to be on the cusp of achieving. They are incapable of ceding control to professionals. They will continue to fail miserably.
So.... until the clergy at the "Assembly (line) of Perpetual Protoypes on Alliance Avenue" moves on....... this is what we can expectt.....
